THE CURRICULUM

Module 1: Auditing Your Account

It's hard to get anywhere without a map, but even a map is no good if you don't know where you're starting from. During this session, you'll learn the strategies I've used to help my clients assess their benchmark or starting point and determine if they're in the right place, or if they're off the map completely.

Module 2: ALL ABOUT CONTENT

You can use all the hacks in the world, but if the foundation of your social media isn't clearly defined, most people will end up spinning their wheels, getting frustrated, and giving up. In this module, you'll learn what content pillars are, how to apply them to your content strategy, and then how to optimize the content itself to get more visibility, engagement, and conversion.

Module 3: UNDERSTANDING YOUR AUDIENCE

Your insights are more than just likes and views. In this module, I'll help you understand your insights and learn how to identify trends and opportunities for growth, track your content performance based on your business goals, and shortcuts to help you replicate results with your own set of coveted Silver Bullet Posts.

Module 4: The Foundations of Social Selling

Social media can feel awkward enough as it is, but when you add selling to the equation, it can go from awkward to ICK, really quickly. In this module, you'll learn the number one mistake people make when selling on social, and what you can do instead. Plus, I'll teach you my Social Selling Staircase methodology that makes selling more natural and even (dare I say) enjoyable.

Module 5: COMBATING SOCIAL MEDIA BURNOUT

As entrepreneurs, we usually wear many hats -- expert, coach, admin, accounting, and now you want to add social media content creator, video editor, graphic designer, copywriter, crisis comms, and community builder to the mix? It's a lot. In this module, I'll teach you strategies and systems for the days when you just can't even, and how to avoid burnout in the first place.

Module 6: SELLING IN YOUR STORY

A picture of your breakfast. A video of your dog. Or maybe radio silence for a week or more. For most people, their story is an afterthought or maybe not a thought at all, but the reality is that it's the best place to sell. In this module, you'll learn why selling in your story is so important and strategies to keep it fresh without making your followers tune out or worse -- unfollow.
